Euroshield Exterior Acrylic is a time tested, 100% pure acrylic coating with special qualities which are not available in normal textured or cement paints. The special combination of 100% acrylics, carefully selected Titanium Dioxide, special biocides and well controlled particle size distribution has resulted in Euroshield, a product based on the latest German Tecnology. It has been carefully formulated in order that only an optimum coverage is achieved with the requisite water dilution so as to maintain a desired film thickness that actually protects the surface. Special shades can be made on request, after our Technical Services ascertains the stability and light fastness of the colour desired.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean and free of dust, salts oil, cracks and ridges. Use a wire on standard brush for cleaning, followed by a water spray. To eliminate algae and fungi, use a suitable fungicide wash.
PRIMING: For normal, sound, preprinted surface, no priming is required. However, for powdery surface, remove all loose and flaky material, and apply one coat of Euroguard before applying Euroshield. For newly plastered surface, we recommended one coat of Terracem prior to application of Euroshield. For details refer to Technical Data Sheet of Terracem and Euroguard.
APPLICATION; No pre wetting is required. Euroshield is generously applied using a broad brush. Euroshield is generally recommended as a 2 coat finish. For best results ensure that a 20 litre can covers not more than 1000-1100sft. after the adequate dilution.
